Dy. Manager-HR & Admn. (E-3 Cadre): -
The incumbent must be Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of 2 years duration in Human Resource/Personnel Management/MBA (HR) / MSW / MLS / MPM / MLL & LW from a recognized university or institute with 10 Yrs post qualification experience in HR functions in an organization of repute. Incumbents must have through understanding about laws pertaining to Labour and employment, modern Human Resources and Organizational Practices. Exposure in regard to Talent /Performance Management, succession planning, Corporate Social responsibility will be an added advantage. Age: 42 Yrs
उप. प्रबंधक-एचआर एंड एडमिन (ई -3 कैडर): -
पदधारी स्नातक डिग्री या मानव संसाधन / कार्मिक प्रबंधन / एमबीए (एचआर) / एमएसडब्लू / एमएलएस / एमपीएम / एमएलएल और एलडब्ल्यू में 2 साल की अवधि के स्नातक होना चाहिए, मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से 10 साल बाद मानव संसाधन में योग्यता अनुभव प्रतिष्ठा के एक संगठन में कार्य करता है श्रम और रोजगार, आधुनिक मानव संसाधन और संगठनात्मक व्यवहार से संबंधित कानूनों के बारे में समझने वाले पदाधिकारी होना चाहिए। प्रतिभा / प्रदर्शन प्रबंधन, उत्तराधिकार की योजना, कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी के संबंध में एक्सपोजर एक अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा। आयु: 42 वर्ष
Assistant Manager- HR & Admn. (E-2 Cadre): -

Experience: 2 Yrs. Experience in repair and machinery of plants and machinery in chemical plants. No experience required for Graduate Apprentices (Mech. Engg.) who have completed training satisfactorily. Age: 32 Yrs.
मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर (ई -1 कैडर): -
योग्यता: मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री
अनुभव: 2 साल रासायनिक संयंत्रों में पौधों और मशीनरी की मरम्मत और मशीनरी का अनुभव ग्रेजुएट अपरेंटिस (मेक इंजिनियरिंग) के लिए आवश्यक कोई अनुभव नहीं है जिन्होंने प्रशिक्षण को संतोषजनक ढंग से पूरा किया है। आयु: 32 वर्ष
Electrical Engineer (E-1 Cadre): -
Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2 Yrs. Experience in repair, Maintenance and erection of electrical plant and machinery, preferably in chemical factories. No experience required for graduate Engg. Apprentice (Electrical) who has completed training satisfactorily. Age: 32 Yrs.
विद्युत अभियंता (ई -1 कैडर): -
योग्यता: इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री
अनुभव: 2 साल रासायनिक कारखानों में अधिमानतः, विद्युत संयंत्र और मशीनरी की मरम्मत, रखरखाव और निर्माण में अनुभव। स्नातक इंजीनियरिंग के लिए आवश्यक कोई अनुभव नहीं अपरेंटिस (इलेक्ट्रिकल) जिन्होंने प्रशिक्षण को संतोषजनक रूप से पूरा किया है आयु: 32 वर्ष
