ESAF Small Finance Bank is inviting applications from the eligible Indian Citizens for appointment of 1660 Sales officer, Relationship officer, Credit Officer and Sales Officer Trainee. Name and Number of Post and Qualification for ESAF Bank Recruitment 2017 : -

1) Sales Officer (500 Posts): - Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any Equivalent Qualification recognized as such by the Central government and 3 Years of experience in sales (Banking or other financial products sales experienced is preferred).Candidates must Possess a Flair for Sales and Marketing.

2) Relationship Officer (500 Posts): - The Candidates (who are looking a Job in Bank) must have a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central government and 2 Years of Experience Banking, NBFC, Hospitality or any other Financial Streams

3) Credit Officer (60 Posts): - The Candidates (who are looking a Job in Bank) must have Graduation in any subject from a recognized University and must Possess one year experience in credit appraisal.

4) Sales Officer Trainee (600 Posts): - The Candidates (who are looking a Job in Bank) must have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University without any backlogs or Graduates with one year Sales Experience. Candidates must Possess a flair for Sales and Marketing. Students awaiting results can also be apply.

पद और योग्यता का नाम और संख्या: -

1) सेल्स ऑफिसर (500 पद): - किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी अनुशासन में स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर या किसी भी समकक्ष योग्यता जिसे केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है और बिक्री में अनुभव के तीन साल (बैंकिंग या अन्य वित्तीय उत्पादों की बिक्री अनुभवी है) उम्मीदवारों को बिक्री और विपणन के लिए एक स्वभाव होना चाहिए।

2) रिलेशनशिप ऑफिसर (500 पद): - अभ्यर्थियों (जो बैंक में नौकरी तलाश रहे हैं) में किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर होना चाहिए या केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी भी समान योग्यता और 2 वर्ष अनुभव बैंकिंग, एनबीएफसी, आतिथ्य या किसी अन्य वित्तीय धाराओं में होना चाहिए। 

3) क्रेडिट अधिकारी (60 पद): - अभ्यर्थियों (जो बैंक में नौकरी तलाश रहे हैं) को किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक होना चाहिए और क्रेडिट मूल्यांकन में एक वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

4) सेल्स ऑफिसर ट्रेनी (600 पद): - अभ्यर्थियों (जो बैंक में नौकरी देख रहे हैं) के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी अनुशासन में स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री होनी चाहिए, बिना किसी बैकलाग या स्नातक से एक साल की बिक्री अनुभव। उम्मीदवारों को बिक्री और विपणन के लिए एक स्वभाव होना चाहिए। परिणाम मिलने वाले छात्र भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
